These terms govern the Umrah Al Badal service booking process, payment requirements, scheduling flexibility, insurance, data protection, and legal jurisdiction—ensuring clarity and trust for all clients.
What You Need to Know
References to "you" and "your" include the lead passenger and all persons on the booking. The lead passenger must agree that:
He/she has read these terms and conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be solely bound by them.
He/she agrees to our use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
He/she is above 18 years of age and when placing an order for our booking services with age restrictions affirms that he/she and all members of the party are of the suitable age to purchase those services.
He/she agrees to take financial responsibility for payment of the booking services on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.
He/she agrees and understands that due to the nature of bookings for Umrah performance, due to weather or government authority interference there can be a schedule time change.
As agents working effortlessly in accommodating for as many Umrah Al Badal pilgrims as possible, there may be instances where due to unforeseen circumstances there are slight delays in interaction.
1. Booking and Paying for Your Arrangements
A booking is made with us only when a) you agree to accept our written official quotation and terms; and b) you agree to pay us the full payment as stipulated on your booking form.
2. Binding Agreement
A binding agreement will come into existence between you and us immediately we have issued you with a booking confirmation once the payment has been received that will confirm/approve the details of your booking and will be sent to you.
3. Upon Receipt
Upon receipt, if you at any time believe that the details or information about your booking confirmation or any other document are wrong you must contact us immediately as alterations can't be made later and it may possibly affect the performance of your required service in the right way.
4. Payment Held by Agents
Any payment made to an authorised agent of ours in respect of a booking covered by us is held by that agent on behalf of and for the benefit of Tawkeel International at all times.
5. Accuracy
We ensure that all information and prices both on our website and in our brochures are accurate; nevertheless sometimes changes and errors occur and we reserve the right to make changes to prices and other details in such circumstances.
6. Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your contract with us. Our team Umrah Al Badal performers are all covered under our mutual contract agreements between us and our Umrah performers agreement according to Saudi Laws.
7. Pricing
The price of your products has been calculated using average international exchange rates on an ongoing basis in relation to the Saudi Arabian Riyal. We reserve the sole right to make modifications to the price at any time.
8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Booking Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by Saudi law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of or in connection with your contract or booking will be dealt with by the Courts of Saudi Arabia only.
9. Modifications & Cancellations by You
Confirmed arrangements are not possible to be modified after they have been confirmed and any alteration could incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the full amount of the service.
10. Privacy Data
Our data protection rules guarantee the protection of your personal data whenever they are collected – and remain under our data protection and may be used only in communication with you regarding ongoing bookings or may be used for any future related offers from our group.
11. Website Engagement
By engaging with our website and booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge the legal consequences that may arise from any false advertising, failure to meet obligations, or mis-sold products or services.
